NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION OF AN HEIR FOR ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE TO: THE HEIRS, CHILDREN AND THEIR GUARDIANS, OF VAN TO, DECEASED, AND TO ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS AND TO ALL KNOWN PERSONS WHOSE ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN, WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THIS ESTATE, OR IN THE MATTERS BEING LITIGATED IN THIS ESTATE PROCEEDING. You are hereby notified that on September 18th, 2008, Thuy P. Nguyen, widow of Van To, filed a Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of a Personal Representative, with the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, seeking an Order finding that Van To died intestate and appointing Thuy Nguyen as Personal Representative of the Estate of Van To. The time set for determination of the intestacy of Van To and to consider the request of Thuy Nguyen to be appointed the Personal Representative of the estate of Van To, has been set for the 28th day of October, 2008, at 9:00 o'clock, before the Honorable LINDA M. VANZI, District Court Judge, at his/her courtroom in the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Any person claiming to have a valid Will of Van To, objecting to a finding that Van To died intestate, or objecting to appointment of Thuy Nguyen as the Personal Representative of the estate of Van To, or in any other way having any interest in this Estate proceeding is hereby notified to be present at the time and place given above to voice any such objections.
