Items to be Claimed
The Albuquerque Police Department has acquired, through its regular course of business, a significant number of miscellaneous personal items unrelated to any current criminal matter. The legal owners are either unknown to the department or have failed to respond to our efforts to contact them. Be advised that we are attempting to return property to its rightful owner(s). If we are unable to do so, the intent of the Albuquerque Police Department is to attain a court order authorizing the sale of any unclaimed items.
