The minor child who is the subject of said Petition is Jason Padilla born September 7, 1999 in Albuquerque, NM to Nory Ordonez and Andrew Padilla. If you intent to contest the adoption and termination of parent rights you shall respond to the petition within twenty (20) days from the date you receive this Notice and the attached Petition.
