NOTICE OF SUIT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Defendant Kathleen Nowacki, that an action has been filed, in rem against you in the abovementioned cause and that Plaintiff seeks to foreclose or otherwise dispose of that certain mobile home identified as a 1972 SCRT, mobile home, NM license No. MH06467, VIN N112904 (hereafter "home"). You are the registered owner of the home. The Plaintiff asserts a superior right to the home and seeks to dispose of the home in a commerciallyreasonable manner. If Plaintiff is successful, you will no longer have any right, title or interest in and to the home. You must file an answer in the abovementioned court by within 20 days of the last publication of this notice or a default judgment will be taken against you. Plaintiff is not seeking any money judgment against you. |
