CHANGE NAME NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Diana Padilla, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the District Court Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Diana Padilla to Diana Patterson, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable CLAY CAMPBELL, District Judge, on the 12th Day of June 2009, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Courtroom #616, Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
