NOTICE OF HEARING BY
PUBLICATION THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO: TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HATTIE ROSEMARY CULBERSON AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HATTIE ROSEMARY CULBERSON, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING. A hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Petitioner will be held in the District Court of Bernalillo County, Courtroom #406, 400 Lomas Boulevard, NW, Albuquerque, NM, before the Honorable Geraldine E. Rivera, District Judge, on the 13th day of July, 2009, at 9:50 A.M., at which time the Court will consider the Petitioner's Petition which requests an Order of the Court: determining that Decedent died testate, admitting an instrument to formal probate, determining Decedent's heirsat law, identifying Decedent's devisees, declaring Decedent's Estate fully administered and settled, waiving the Personal Representative's final accounting, approving the distribution of the Estate, and discharging the Personal Representative from all further claims or demands of any interested persons. Pursuant to § 45-1-401 NMSA, notice of the time and place of hearing of said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
