You are notified that if you intend to contest the adoption, you must file a responsive pleading or motion within twenty (20) days of service of this Notice which will fall on March 11, 2010. Failure to respond will be treated as a default and you will be deemed to have waived any right you may have to object to the Petition for Adoption.
