PUBLICATION THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO: TO: Phyllis L. Brigante; Barbara Ann Alexander; William G. Linam TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY EMILY LOIS ARNOLD AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY EMILY LOIS ARNOLD DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING. Hearing on the Petition filed by the undersigned Personal Representative setting forth a Petition for formal probate of will and for order of complete settlement of estate by personal representative filed by the undersigned Petitioner will be held in the District Court of Bernalillo County, Room 602, before the Honorable Nan G. Nash, District Judge, on the 25th day of February, 2010, at 9:30 o’clock a.m., at which time the Court will consider the Petitioner’s Petition which requests the Order of the Court determining that Decedent died testate, admitting an instrument to formal probate, determining decedent’s heirsat law, identifying decedent’s devisees, declaring decedent’s estate fully administered and settled, approving the Personal Representative’s final account and the distribution of the estate, and discharging the Personal Representative from all further claims or demands of any interested persons. Pursuant to § 45-1-401 NMSA, notice of the time and place of hearing of said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
