INTEREST IN THE ESTATE
OF TONY LUIS CROLLETT,
DECEASED, OR IN THE
MATTER BEING LITIGATED
IN THE HEREINAFTER
MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the Petition for Formal Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Petitioner will be held in the District Court of Bernalillo County, Room 710, before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, District Judge, on the 3rd day of March, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at which time the Court will consider the Petitioner’s Petition that requests the Order of the Court: Formally declaring that Decedent died intestate based on a specific judicial finding and order that the Decedent left no will; Determining the heirs of the Decedent; Appointing Petitioner as Personal Representative of the Estate, without bond, in an unsupervised administration; Letters of Administration being issued to Petitioner; and for such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper. Pursuant to § 45-1-401 NMSA, notice of the time and place of hearing of said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
