NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kathy Myong Chao, a resident of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years of age, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Kathy Myong Chao to Kathy Moon and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable CLAY CAMPBELL, District Judge, on the 24th day of March 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., at Room 616 in the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
