NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chi Tran Hoang, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen, by and through her attorney Colin Hunter, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from CHI TRAN HOANG TO CHI TRAN DANG, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable THERESA BACA, District Court Judge on the 6th day of April 2010 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
