NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT FOR COMPLAINT FOR DEBT AND MONEY DUE AND FORECLOSURE

STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the above-named Defendants: any and all unknown persons claiming an interest in and to the Subject Real Property adverse to the Plaintiff. You are hereby notified that U.S. NEW MEXICO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has filed a Complaint for Debt and Money Due and Foreclosure against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a Mortgage which was recorded on December 6, 2007 as Document No. 2007165514 in the records of the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County and conveying the real property described as follows: Lot numbered Three (3) of Siena, as the same is shown and designated on the plat entitled, “SUMMARY PLAT OF LOTS 1-8, SIENA, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, DECEMBER, 2004”, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on March 1, 2005 in Plat Book 2005C, page 84. more commonly known as 11813 Cortona Lane, NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87122-3680. BE ADVISED that unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before April 19, 2010 judgment by default will be entered against you.
